Payment Data
If you choose one of our premium membership, we will ask you to provide credit card data in order to process the necessary payment. The payment is always processed through certified, and secure payment provider. No credit card data is stored by us at any time during this process.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

Use of Data

Mndwrk Corp. uses the collected data for various purposes:

Registration to our Service
When you create an account in our Service, we ask for your basic personal data like email address, first name and last name, phone number, and a password. You may also add information about your LinkedIn profile link, GitHub profile link. and other URLs. We will use these data to identify and contact you and we will store them till you have an account in the Service.

Building a professional curriculum
You can add information to your account about your specialization, qualifications, workplaces, competences, language competences, projects, references (work history). None of this data is compulsory, but these can help us to offer you quality job opportunities. This information is stored in our Service as long as you have an account. You can also upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV), to shorten your CV data load. Then we send your CV to the Sovren.com parser service provider to convert it to structured data format. The Sovren.com deletes the CV within 14 days from processing it.

Invitation to a community event
We may invite you to events, to share knowledge and experiences about emerging professional trends, and provide an opportunity to meet others in your specialization. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these invitation from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in invitation email we send.

Offering a work opportunity
Based on your specialization, skills and work history, we may offer you work opportunitites. In your account you can set your availability. We will offer you work opportunities only, if you set your status to active.

Promoting you to our business partners
Your portfolio, CV may be promoted to our business partners, if you qualify to a work opportunity. In such case we will share your portfolio, CV without contact data. Contact data is only shared with our business partner, if you are interested in their specific offering, and you express this will to us by email, or phone conversation, prior to the sharing of the data.

Applying for a project or a job
You may apply to a job, or a project through our portal. If you do so, we will review your specialization, skills, and work history to make the best match between the applying experts and the needs of our business partner.


Buying a premium membership badge
You may maximalize your opportunities by buying premium membership badge. By doing so, you must provide credit card details. The payment is always processed through certified, and secure payment provider. No credit card data is stored by us by any time during this process.

Registration to our newsletter
During the registration to our Service, or applying to one of our community events, you can also register to our regular newletter. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any newsletter we send.

Handling complaints
We are open to your questions, or complaints. You can contact us at our email address. In such a case we store these emails for one year after the complaint is closed.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Mndwrk Corp. legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Mndwrk Corp. may process your Personal Data because:

- To provide you quality job offers, business opportunities and access to community activities,
- We need to perform a contract with you
- You have given us permission to do so
- The processing is in our legitimate interests and it's not overridden by your rights
- To comply with the law  

Retention of Data

Mndwrk Corp. will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Mndwrk Corp. will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Hungary and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Hungary and process it there.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Mndwrk Corp. aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update your Personal Data directly within your account. You can also delete all the data that we store about you, by deleting your account at the Profile settings. If you initiate the deletion of your account, you will receive a confirmation email. You can restore your account from this email within 10 days. After this period is over, we will permanently delete all your personal data.
If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

- The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
- The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.
- The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Mndwrk Corp. relied on your consent to process your personal information.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Our Service is based on the service providers listed below, to whom we transfer data in order to use their services:
work.buzz (Talentio Ltd): develops our portal based on the work.buzz software.
Google Analytics (Google Inc.): provides usage data to improve our Service,
DigitalOcean.com (DigitalOcean Llc.): provides data storage service,
Sendgrid.com (SendGrid, Inc.): provides email server for the transactions initiated during the use of our Service,
Sovren.com (Sovren Group Inc.): provides parser service to gain data from the uploaded CVs
Paypal.com (PayPal Inc.): provides payment transaction services.

We use software to store data about our activities and communicate with you. We may store personal data in these software:
Monday.com is used for workflow management,
Hubspot is used as a CRM solution, including handling registrations to events, administering email addresses, and sending newsletters.

Links To Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.  


Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
