Kacper has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, most of which he has spent in roles such as Solutions Architect and DevOps. For many years, he has worked extensively with AWS public cloud, gaining deep knowledge and skills in designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud-based systems. Kacpers career also includes entrepreneurial initiatives – he has created several startups that brought innovative solutions to the tech market. Additionally, for a few years, he ran a consulting firm where he advised companies of various sizes on optimizing their IT infrastructure and implementing modern technologies. For the past two years, he has been leading a team of architects at Amazon Web Services, where he manages a group of outstanding specialists, co-creating the future of cloud technologies and helping AWS clients achieve their business goals through effective and scalable solutions.
