Mindig is mozgékony gyerek voltam, de sokáig nem találtam meg azt a mozgásformát, amiben igazán örömömet lelhetem. Középiskolában kezdtem el rendszeresen különböző csoportos órákat látogatni.
Azóta rájöttem, hogy sport nélkül lehet élni, de nem érdemes. Ezt a szemléletet szeretném átadni az óráimon résztvevőknek is. Jól tudom, hogy felnőttként egyáltalán nem könnyű rendszeresíteni a mozgást az ember életében, de tapasztalatból mondom; nem lehetetlen.

Laura Németh, a Mndwrk community member and a through-and-through Mndwrker, is an HR specialist by day and a trainer at night. Laura started the MndwrkOut program with a colleague in 2021 to help IT professionals compensate for the long hours spent in front of the computer screen. Laura is passionate about helping people find small ways to make big changes for their health and about helping people find the joy of moving even if sports were never a big part of their lives growing up. She for sure keeps us moving in the office.

Today she will tell us more about the MndwrkOut program and share some practical tips you can implement right away.
