From my talk you can learn a few interesting facts about sudo, syslog-ng, and the daily work of an open source evangelist. Technical product marketing is what most people see from the outside, the blogs and conference talks. Developer tasks are the other pillar, testing new features and integrations, helping users, and creating software packages. The third role is helping product management by collecting as much feedback from our users as possible. I will also discuss how to cope with being in the center of attention as an introvert and how COVID19 is affecting my job.
